Chicken Primavera Pizza

This meal can be done with the left extra ingredients from thr Roast Chicken with Lemon & Oregano meal.
* Use whole wheat crust for a fiber boost.

12 inch prebaked pizza crust
1 cup bottled pizza(or pasta) sauce
4 oz shredded part skim mozzarella sauce
1 cup cooked broccoli florets
1/2 cup roasted red peppers
1 cup diced cooked chicken

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Spread crust with sauce; sprinkle with cheese, broccoli, peppers & chicken.

Bake on a large baking sheet covered with aluminum foil(for easier cleanup)10 minutes, or until crust is crisp and cheese melts.
