I'm not getting enough calories! Help...

Hey you guys :-) I've lost almost 40 lbs since being on this journey (insert smile and happy dance)! BUT what is really starting to concern me, especially being a vegetarian is that I'm not getting enough calories before working out and it's an even bigger hole to full after working out. I eat a lot of fruit and veggies, which only have 20, 30, 40 calories in it and although after eating my meal I'm really full at 40 calories, and on top of that I am on my College Cross Country team and we run 3-6 miles per practice, which is everyday, which is why I am so concerned now. Are there any vegetarian meals that any of you know of with a fairly high amount of calories and proteins or is there any advice you can give, that would really make my day! ***Thank u for all the love and support!***

I know that beans/legumes pack a good protein/calorie punch. Vegetarian friendly and good for you, too
Congrats on losing 40!0
