I am re-trying this..help

This is my second time around with this website. Don't get me wrong it was not that I didn't like it the first time it is just that I got lazy and frustrated and focused too much on losing like 5 pounds a day and the calorie count getting all the calories in a healthy way was too much. Now I am more devoted on just enjoying the ride and wanting to just get to the point of being happier than I am. If anyone has any advice on how I can keep track please let me know :) Thank you
