I did this awhile ago. I did pretty well but then life got crazy and I stopped. I want to lose 30 pounds. Hopefully by January or February. I've been working out for an hour every day and eating healthy. I weigh 209 right now and I'm 5'5. I would like to eventually be 130 but that is a long way off.
