As we all know teachers lives are very hectic and planning period does not actually exist 
Between walking the middle schoolers to the lunch room, going to the lounge, making copies, parent teacher conferences, and picking the kiddos up from lunch we have MAYBE 10 minutes to scarf some lunch down!
Any ideas/tips for FILLING and quick easy lunches (that can be eaten without warming?)
