Ouch

So I think I over did it yesterday....did JM 30 Day Shred and now waiting to see the chiropractor cause I popped that stupid sciatic nerve (well not popped but hurt it). So just a small walk today for me just to keep from it completely seizing up.

Anyone ever have that problem with jumping into her routine. I know muscles will be sore and I'm fine with that but this hasn't bothered me in ages...not sure what I did wrong. Any advice?
