Such is my life that I have difficulty committing to anything, I never seem to follow through with logging my food and exercise. I believe that is major reason why I stay the exact same size, month after month. Well I want to start to do it now so that I'm not making a New Year's Resolution that will be short-lived. I exercise regularly but I don't eat well. Hopefully I can stick with being accountable for what goes in my mouth which will help me shed some pounds.
