Joint Pain and Soreness - Sour Cherry Juice

I know this was posted a while back but sometimes if it really works - it should be re-visited. I have been taking sour cherry juice off and on for the past few months and for someone who suffers from Bursitis and back/hip problems, this stuff is amazing. I have been told that because of certain meds I take, I should not take Ibuprofen or Naproxin. This sucks if you work out a lot and suffer from joint pain. But now that I take the sour cherry juice religiously every night, my pain has decreased. It also contains Melatonin and my sleep has also improved.

Just make sure if you decide to try it - that its the pure cherry juice - https://www.cherrylane.net/products/concentrated-tart-cherry-juice This is where I get mine. It's not cheap but you don't use a lot at once. I usually mix mine with either 8oz of water or sometimes even Perrier, right before bed. I'm sure that are many other places that sell it.
