Pilates?

Just wondering what your thoughts are. I really enjoy it, but don't much feel like it's a "workout". I have back and joint issues, and do the Pilates mostly because it feels good to stretch my muscles out, not the calorie burn.
OK, and I'm bored at work and wishing I was doing that instead of this.

I do Pilates because it builds my core and stretches all my tight and sore spots but I do heavy kettle bells for weights and aerobic exercise too. Love Pilates though0

I love Pilates, it is great for building my core strength and increasing my flexibility. It is a great compliment to running or other more intense or high impact exercise.0
