Just approximately, how do you know when you start loosing real weight and not just water weight... ? Is it a certain amount of kilos or time ? Or something else

You don't really finish losing it. It's more that you retain more or less water on any given day. If you track your weight daily over time, you'll see that your weight goes up and down every day to reflect this. If you are really losing though, the overall trend will be down (that is, the numbers that you are fluctuating between will get smaller).0

i would add that the less sodium you have, the less water you will retain.0

Idk I doubt you can be 150 lbs and lose 50 lbs of water weight... I just assumed my first 10 lbs was prob water weight . Anything after that I consider a difference and can see/feel even if it's 3 lbs. but I was wondering the same.0
