What are the best shakes to be consuming when aiming to lose fat %?

Right now I am drinking Max's Super Shred.... but is it the best? ME DON'T KNOW!

Any aussies out there willing to suggest any alternatives, please go right ahead.

Thanks in advance :)

I'm making my own shakes out of natural yoghurt, milk, water, soft tofu, fruits, nuts,... There's no limit to the imagination.

If I don't have time and need a protein boost - which is not very often - I use growing natural brown rice protein powder. Although the shop I buy it gets it from the USA, I think, nothing Australian about it...

I only drink either Blackmores Pro Definition for women (cause I'm a woman) or Swisse slimshake.

Which one do you feel is more satisfying? suppresses appetite and cravings?

right now I'm drinking shakes through out the day and then having a proper dinner (meat with veggies)

Oh yeah I should consume more natural stuff... however the amount of protein in these shakes I feel is helping me control my appetite. They are low in carbs as well so I am expecting to feel a lack of energy some time soon which isn't good cause I aim to exercise after work... Just had one peice of bread though so hopefully that helps ^_^

Yeah those damn carbs... :grumble:
My shakes (from growing natural) have 24gr of protein per serve, 4gr carbs (1gr sugar). That's a nice boost as well.

I use bulk nutrients casein & whey. Both are good.

Protein powder is a supplement which is to supplement whole foods ie. if you are aiming for 100g of protein and you are at 80g for the day then having a shake is a great idea if you can't be bothered cooking food.

I've done what you are doing for a short period of time before and it didn't work out well as each time I would have a shake I'd get hungry for real food. I do better just fasting with zero cal liquids until my first real meal.
