need to re-tone after losing more weight?

okay so i really need some help or advice. i was 177 and lost 10 pounds and toned my back pretty good using the 30 day shred here is a pic http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m83ja49wwi1rryfeho1_1280.png but now that im down to 150 my back is not the same its getting loose again but im losing weight so why is this? do i need to retone the skin or am i eating someting that is causing this cause its almost discouraging

It's because you have lost fat but also muscle mass, it's the underlying muscle that gives you the definition or "tone" you are talking about.
