need to re-tone after losing more weight?

okay so i really need some help or advice. i was 177 and lost 10 pounds and toned my back pretty good using the 30 day shred here is a pic http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m83ja49wwi1rryfeho1_1280.png but now that im down to 150 my back is not the same its getting loose again but im losing weight so why is this? do i need to retone the skin or am i eating someting that is causing this cause its almost discouraging :/ thanks guise

    It's because you have lost fat but also muscle mass, it's the underlying muscle that gives you the definition or "tone" you are talking about.

    Start lifting weights
