My name is Natalie and although I am a registered nurse, I need a little help learning to make smarter choices to be healthier. I learned two years ago I have incredibly high blood pressure, so I hope if I drop this weight it would help. I am looking forward to loosing that last 10 or 15lbs. I am pretty muscular but just have a little weight around my belly and upper body....I have been more faithful with working out and swimming laps. I just started so hope to see some progress soon. I really have been enjoying seeing the breakdown of the food. I have been faithfully doing this for about two weeks. Haven't seen weight loss yet but each day I am tweaking my meals to be more healthy. What has really helped is looking food up before I eat it to realize some hidden fat or calories I didn't know about, and making smarter choices. I still make sure and eat what sounds good to me just able to be smarter about it. I hope to see some success soon.
