Finding a good routine

I am 5'2 currently 249. I have been on and off of here for over a year. The past week and a half I have been getting to the gym 3 days a week for an hour of cardio. I want to do strength/ weights as well but was wondering if I should do an hour of cardio then the weights or do half hour of cardio and weights?

    Stronglifts 5x5
    or
    Starting Strength

    Do 0 cardio before or after.
    5 minute walk before if you really must.
    You'll understand why after about week 2.

    So do cardio on cardio days and have weights on opposing days?
