Setting up my food diary

Hi everyone,

How do I make it where my food diary shows me what percentage of calories are protein, carbs, etc?

    Home ->Goals - > change Goals, Select "custom" and hit Continue.

    Thanks so much for taking the time to help me. It was bugging me and I couldn't figure it out. Now I just have to figure out the appropriate ratio. A personal trainer told me it should be about 40% protein, 40% carbs and no more than 10% fat. That only equals 90% so I have some wiggle room.
