Hi everyone,
How do I make it where my food diary shows me what percentage of calories are protein, carbs, etc?

Thanks so much for taking the time to help me. It was bugging me and I couldn't figure it out. Now I just have to figure out the appropriate ratio. A personal trainer told me it should be about 40% protein, 40% carbs and no more than 10% fat. That only equals 90% so I have some wiggle room.0
