If you're able to drink water without even thinking about it, I know some people absolutely hate it, but if you're able to drink it within your first half of the day (by 5 or 6) I find it helps when you weigh in the next morning. The earlier you drink all you need the more time in the day you have to get rid of the water in your body. Just throwing it out there so when you weigh in the morning you wouldn't have water weight as an issue :P. It just helps me.

hmm, I have to drink all day. I am thirsty. I have water at my bedside. I don't think that will work for me. It would help me not to get up and use the restroom at 2:00 AM though. You are young and you probably have a bladder of steel.0
