Before all of you suggest me to go to a professional running shoe store and get fitted, thats not an possible right now! We live hours from the closest mall / shoe store so thats where I need your help. I'm looking for a good running shoe for a somewhat new runner. I run 4 miles every other day, I'm flat footed and strike with my heel but I don't roll or at least not much. I have looked on runners world and they have given me some suggestions but I want to hear from "real" people what shoe works for them. I mostly run on the road.

I found a great site that helps you chose the right type of shoe for your foot type (se below) . I have a high arch and this site was a big help when I went online shopping. I also like the National Running Center to buy running sneakers. You can speak to thier cusomer serivce department if your not sure it a particular shoe is right for you. They are very knowlegeable
