Whilst I appreciate that calorie burn depends on an individual's weight etc, could anyone please tell me how they log this under their exercise on here as I can't seem to find it.

    It has been suggested that it is logged under aerobics-high impact or circuit training in case anyone else was also wondering!

    I do it under circuit training, but I don't know if that's right. :(

    I do it as 20 minutes of circuit training for a 200 calorie burn. However, I have a HRM sitting on my doorstep right now and I will use it tonight to see how accurate MFP is and report back!

    I too was wondering. I have several Biggest Loser videos that I use and wasn't sure how to log them.

    I log it as circuit training, seems to be the most accurate.
