not sure how much more i want to lose. I was around 275lbs about two 60 days ago and have changed the way i eat. Today I am 251 and felling good. I have a big build, and was never ment to be under 200. I think i will try to get in the 240 range and maintain from that. I dont want to be back in the 270s. Sure is nice to see that im not the only one with this problem. I wish i would have done this long ago. Any ideas on how to maintain or how others have kept the weight off would be nice. :smile:
