    I use Hillshire Smoked turkey sausage in a lot of different ways. I like to sautee some onions and the turkey sausage until the onions are carmelized and sweet and then add a can of no salt added red or white beans. Makes a great side dish. Also I use it in my diel Gumbo (had that for supper) and last night when we had no electricity due to the hurricane, I grilled it on the George Foreman grill (plugged into the generator extention) and we made sandwiches on wheat bread. Sometimes I will put it tomato gravy and serve over brown rice pasta.
