Okay Now I love Shaun T
therefore I have his insanity workout and hiphop abs. I am recently getting his rockin' body workout. I got the hiphop abs YEARS ago but never completed it and have moved since so I dont know if I have all the dvds. I have Last minute abs; hips, buns, and thighs; fat burning cardio; ab sculpt; total body burn; and secrets to flat abs. I have been currently doing the insanity workout which I love the muscle building and toning but I need some dance in there that is why I want the rockin' body. Now Do you think it is a good idea if I intertwine the three workouts? If so how would you do it?
Thanks in advance :drinker:

Sure why not???!!! It's your body and your exercise regimen so nothing wrong with mixing it up. Whether you burn 500 calories walking or doing Insanity or Hip Hop Abs to each their own. Just move and it's good to mix it up. Take your favorite workouts from each of them with a good mix of strength and cardio workouts would be the only rule I would use. Don't cheat though...use the Max Interval, Max Cardio and Max Plyo along with the Core workouts!!!
Check out this link on their site and look at some of the Hybrids they put together. Should give you some ideas. Maybe do 60 day cycles so you don't get bored.

Ooops sorry, I don't really know the other programs so really can't suggest what to include with those. For the Insanity, one week do Max Interval Plyo or Max Interval Circuit or Max Cardio & Conditioning + either Max Recovery or Core Power & Resistance. Week 2 do a different mix. Week 3 another one.
For example:
Week 1: Max Interval Plyo, Program 2 workout #1, Program 3 workout #1, Max Recovery, Program 2 workout #2, Program 3 workout #2
Week 2: Max Interval Circuit, Program 2 workout #3, Program 3 workout #3, Core Power & Resistance, Program 2 workout #4, Program 3 workout #4.
So on and so forth. Do 4 weeks then do a Recovery Week like Insanity and repeat it.0 -
