I actually dusted off my gym membership and went back for the first time in over a month! It was essential to break the routine of not going...if you know what I mean but I am on day 6 of level 1 of the 30 day shred and it actually helped me with my endurance on the elliptical and my circuit workout! Whoo Hoo!

    What is yours?

On the weekend I did a 17km (8.5km each way) hike uphill one way and down the next.... it wasn't the full 26km I wanted to do, but hey, what the heck!
  • At the beginning of summer I bought these shorts I was determined to fit into. The button was 3 inches from the hole at the time.

I had to suck in a bit but I tried them on again today, I'm probably an inch away from wearing them comfortably. Sweet.

That is massive as it is! Great victory to be proud of!

Ah, yes...getting back into clothes that don't fit are a great way to see those non scale victories! Good for you!

I finally got down to under the 170lb line! only by 0.2lb, but it is still fabulous! I was at 195 on July 9th so I am very happy. I have three children and when I had the second one, I realised it was harder to lose the baby weight than the first time around, and this time its three times as hard, but I am determined to get down to a weight that I am personally comfortable with!

Wtg to all of you who have achieved something youve been aiming to achieve! Keep up the awesome work!
