Exercises for the thighs?

No matter how hard or what ype of exercise I do, my bit of thigh fat just would not go away. Has anyone got any ides? :)

    I know the brazil butt lift, has a ton of lower body workouts. It helps your butt but it helps everything down below.

  • Lunges and squats - with or without weight, try doing jumps. The rules of spot fat reduction still apply.

    Pelvic bridges will secondarily target upper legs.

    Linear vibration plate is great piece of kit, professional standard only.

    Regarding lunges, look up lunge matrix - learning lunge variants will target glutes, quads and hamstrings.

    Hip adductor and abductor exercises - easy to do, lots on YouTube
