SODIUM...i don't like you?

I just need to clear the air. SODIUM really why do affect me the way you do? How can you make my weight rocket away? Why do you take what seems like forever to level back out?

With that said I'm going to try to lasso you back in and pull back on the reins, starting today. I am alway diligent about drinking tons of water. Today I 've already made some adjustments food wise and planned my dinner but in doing so I've dropped in calories. Below 1200 and that's not my style...ah I feel as if I can't win....and still have to input my workout. AHHHH....
FYI I'm a boring eater and tend to have the same things everyday.

Options? Ideas? Anyone?
