C25K day 1

So today i decided to start my C25K programme but gave it a little twist. I did the 20 minutes of Walk/Run, then instead of the 5min cool down walk, i continued to brisk walk until i covered 5km. So i can say i walked and ran for 20 minutes and then only walked 20min. in total doing 41minutes of good 5km cardio. i prefer using the 5k distance so i can enjoy seeing myself run it in a shorter period. My friend runs 5km in 20 minutes. Shes also half my size, but id like to be able to run 5km in 20 min next year this time. Time for a well deserved bubble bath
