I have begun a new blog: http://home.comcast.net/~meeshaluce/site/?/home/ I call it "watchmichelleshrink" I have asked my Facebook friends to help me in my journey as I think it will be easier to have some 'accountability" in my weight loss. Makes me think twice before grabbing that cookie off the table as I pass by.
