Lunch ideas for holiday weekend for 6-8?

Help! I am going to "the cabin" this weekend...which I can't call camping since there are three decent cabins on one property...but I will still like the lunch I am in charge of to be pretty low-key for the 6-8 of us and not super expensive. Thoughts? We do have a campfire going all of the time if I need to cook on that, but I never know if we will be around before lunch or not.
