My teen boys both have sports right after I get done with work at night. We don't get home until around 8:00 PM and no one has eaten dinner at that point. I'm looking for quick but healthy dinner ideas to make at home. Any suggestions? Thank you!!

Could you prepare something the day before that could just be popped in the microwave when you get home? Or something really simple like cold roast beef and a green salad? (It's days like this that leftovers are my family's best friend)0
