Mentally Hungry

I am sure we all know what this is, but basically when your brain is telling you your hungry but your body is satisfied. Typically this is when people cave in and eat something anyways. This is something I am very familiar with.

What are foods and drinks, or other alternatives, that you use to satisfy these 'cravings'?

I normally chew gum but sometimes it doesn't work so I am in need of a few more ideas.

    Sit down and chug a whole glass of water usually does it for me. :drinker:
