How to eat more and still burn fat

I came across the following article, and thought it was worth passing along. Please read through to the bottom where it states the following:
"OK…before I get too carried away, let’s pull back the reins a little. The truth is, like most studies, there are holes to the study. The length of study wasn’t long enough, the study sample was too small and the macronutrient ratio wasn’t typically what most low carb dieters would consider low carb…although certainly lower than the average. However, it’s still an exciting find and something we’ll definitely keep an eye out for more future studies."

Also, to add my own praise to Shin Ohtake who posted this article and is the creator of Max Workouts:
After doing his 90 Max Workout program, I saw the following health changes (all these after many years in the gym):
1) Lower blood pressure - I was able to cut in half my dosage of medication!
2) Lower triglycerides - I was fighting to get them below 400, now I am below 100!
3) Reduced resting heart rate: I was around 60 bpm, and am now around 50 bpm!
4) Faster recovery time from exertion.
5) More endurance.
I state all this only to show that Shin takes this stuff seriously, and that he has a good reputation. I am not selling anything, nor am I paid to make posts like this. I'm just excited about what this study could mean.
