Fidgeting off the fat

I don't know about you, but I am a terrible fidget. When ever I'm sitting down, my feet are waggling, my legs are jiggling, and I'm always shifting to find a more comfortable position.
I've recently discovered that I could be burning hundreds of extra calories a week by being a fidget - what a bonus! http://www.fitnessblender.com/v/article-detail/How-many-Calories-does-Fidgeting-Burn-Fidgeting-for-Weight-Loss/a8/
Anybody back me up on this one?

"On average 300- 350 calories" a day? (per article) ..... I seriously doubt that number. I have to do an actual workout to get there.0

I have recently read about that too. I am a fidgeter also and they say that thinner people never stay still and are always moving something. I think I have to agree although I am not sure how many calories I burn doing it.0
