hi my name is Michelle and I am a 31 y/o mother of 3 from the smalles state Little Rhody
with Severe Crohns disease which contributes to my weight gain. I started a new diet 2 weeks ago through a local hospital. the Program is called optifast and so far so good. My first weigh in was last thursday and I lost 10 lbs in the first week...second weigh in is tonight..we will see!
