My First NROL4W Workout

So last week I went to the gym and chickened out because I didn't really understand what I was doing. Today I met with the trainer and we went over all of the exercises in phase 1. All I can say is WOW!!! I feel like my whole body is still shaking from the workout...but its a good feeling. The only workout I added any weight besides the bar was for the seated low row, and I got up to 40, but I was just too scared to go to 55....but I probably could have done it. For the squats on the smith machine I just used the bar, no additional weights. The jackknife was really hard!!! But I am proud that I did both sets. I am gonna have hubby take pics of me today to show my progress.

Now that I've drank all of my protein shake (vanilla protein powder with almond milk and a scoop of peanut butter - very yummy by the way!) I'm gonna go relax and read...I'm wiped out!
