good afternoon, all
i'm having issues losing weight. i eat the minimum allowed calories every day (with a healthy balance of carbs/fat/protein = 40%/30%/30%). i also work out 5 days a week, an average of 45 mins each time, alternating between cardio and weight lifting. I've been doing all of this solidly for over a month (although I've only been documenting on this website for over a week).
my issue is, although i have seen some small changes in the way i look and the way a very few clothes fit, i havent lost ONE SINGLE pound on the scale, and most clothes (especially pants) fit exactly the same. i'm aware that i'm probably gaining some muscle, but i have a BMI of 27 and KNOW that i have pounds to lose too, not just inches.
my question is why hasnt this happened yet? are there little tweaks that i can make to my behavior to ensure pounds lost, as well as inches? and how do i stay motivated in the meantime?
