Exercising with heat intolleracne

I have a condition where I don't sweat. This means that I don't cool down. Whatever would case a normal person to sweat makes me go into heat stroke. (as a kid I was in the ER a lot)
So far I've only figured out that I can workout in a pool because the cool water keeps my temperature down. I love water aerobics, but year-long access to a pool is hard to come by.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to be able to workout outside the water? I've tried doing yoga and workout videos in my air-conditioned home, but still overheat.
*woops! I just noticed the typo in the topic. I mean "intolerance"
