Do you record tastes of food?

I've found myself taking a regular spoon full of ice cream or a handful of a light snack almost everyday and never record it.

Or you're walking into a store and they're giving away a free sample? Do you think to record it (somehow)?

Does anyone else do this? Do you find it helps in not having to over indulge enough to have to record it?

I don't do it any more, all those little 'tasters' add up.

What's a handful of a light snack? A handful of some things is a lot of calories.

I don't add tastes of food. But I also don't do it often enough that it makes any difference in how full I am.

I log it...but there is a choice in the database for samples....I just use that.

Haha well I would never suggest to anyone to go into Sam's Club and eat every sample and never think twice about the calories!

Just wonder if it helps with peace of mind? Lately I've been saying that it's okay to do, but really it's probably anywhere from an extra 50-100 calories. Nothing to significant.
