I am on level 3 day 4. I can't believe I have made it this far!

I am down 13.5 pounds and over 20 inches!!!!
I love/HATE Juillan Michaels!

    Personally I think level 2 was the easiest. ( I have only been using 2 pound weights since I haven't exercised in over 4 almost 5 years) I didn't want to hurt myself and have to stop.

    That being said there is nothing easy when it comes to JM!!!!!


    Level 3 surprised me. I thought it was going to be crazy hard but I believe my body is getting stronger that's all.

    Yeah all I have been doing to this and watching what I eat. I have take two days off. Each a Sunday to help my muscles heal some.

    Great job! This is very encouraging to see. I'm on Level 1 Day 8 and think I'm actually already seeing a little bit of shrinkage! My husband told me 'it's weird, it's like you're melting'. Ah, such a romantic - but I'll take it!

    You look great! I can def see a difference in your face and stomach! I hope I get results like that. I worked out twice last week but I also did the butt bible and I think I took it too far, I was SUPER sore! So I am jumping back in tomorrow with just the 30 day shred. I hope I can share some awesome pics soon too!
