Cooking with coconut oil?

Hi!
When you cook with coconut oil (or butter or any other fat) are you supposed to input this into your food journal? Probably seems like an easy question, but I'm still unsure. I baked a turkey burger with some 1/3 TBSP of coconut oil on the pan so it wouldn't stick and for flavor but I'm not sure if that counts the same as if I were ingesting on a spoon?

I usually input it. It kind of depends on how much of it was absorbed into the food, though. If I see that most of it is left in the pan when I'm done cooking with it, I probably won't log it or will just log at is a teaspoon or something.0
