Maybe stupid question about pancake mix

So I have some Log Cabin All Natural Pancake Mix, and I'm doctoring it up to be apple cinnamon pancakes. Added some applesauce and some cinnamon, and I also use almond milk instead of regular milk b/c my daughter has issues with dairy. I thought I'd just enter all of the ingredients into my recipes, divide it by how many pancakes I make, and enter it into my diary. But I see that the database has the mix listed as it's listed on the box. Makes sense, right? The box says 1/3 cup of mix is 160 calories. Now, is that prepared, or just the mix? If it's prepared, then things get a bit complicated since my almond milk has fewer calories and I subbed some oil for the applesauce. If it's just the dry ingredient, then it's simple. But which is it? Thank you!

I am pretty sure it is dry or it would say something like 1 pancake.0

Sorry...posted too soon....I think if it was prepared it would say (1/3 cup - 1 pancake prepared) or something like that. Usually stuff like that has the nutrition value as is. Like cereal.0

usually that's the nutrition for dry ingredients. I also do it without dairy or eggs (coconut milk and applesauce).0

Thank you. I'm just thinking that 1/3 of just mix would make a big pancake. But now that I think about it, 1 cup makes 5-6 pancakes, so a serving would be about 2 pancakes. Great! Thank you!0
