How do I track 30DS on here?

Kill me now. That kicked my a**. I am so out of shape. I plan on doing it every day but I have a feeling it will take me longer than 10 days to get up to par on even level 1.
My question is...Anyone who does it...how do you track it as exercise on here? I searched for interval training and no go. Not sure what to choose.
