So I've been losing a lot of weight between exercising, trying to eat right and watching carbs and sugars blah blah blah. I am 6 ft tall, I weight 191 lbs ( down from 252 since Last November ) and I am Vegan.
My main issue as of late is that I noticed my calorie levels are really low, but when I eat it feels like I couldn't possibly fit another thing in my stomach! I feel so full! I live off of a lot of dark green vegetables and well...yeah...mostly vegetables...sometimes black beans and some fruit.
the problem is because I am active I am only topping out at about maybe at the highest 1200-1150 a day and that's before exercise. Is there anything anyone can suggest so I get the proper amount of calories or is it okay to only eat until I am full and nothing more.
anything helps, thanks guys!

6 foot tall can burn around 2200-3k a day.
Seems a bit low.
Id have shakes with your meals.
Protein shake with half a scoop whey and almond milk.
This should clear some things up too.

If you are full then keep it that way. If u want u can try adding some protein shakes or something into ur life...0

It sounds as though you aren't getting a really balanced diet - veges are great but fat and protein are important too - what about including a few more calorie (and nutrient) dense foods like olive oil, nuts, avocado, coconut milk based sauces etc?
I don't think it hurts to be under calories now and again but if it's happening regularly, it doesn't sound like a good long term strategy.0 -
You're probably not getting hungry like a normal 6ft person on those calories because your metabolism is screwed up. To fix it, you're going to need to find a way to eat more. I suggest eating more often during the day. Snack it up0
