Here are my go to meals, yes they are all carbs but that happens to be my favorite kinds of food. They aren't that low cal either.

    Breakfast:
1 bowl of grape nuts cereal served hot with 2 tsp of brown sugar and 1 glass of 1% milk. (340 cal)

    Lunch:
1 hoagie roll with a slice of cheddar cheese for a cheese sandwich (290 cal)

    Dinner:
spinach and cheese ravioli with tomato sauce (410 cal)

All together it is 1040 cal

I also love to eat fruit and plain greek yogurt with jam mixed in :)
  • Lunch:
Sliced Boar's Head ham and roasted turkey, fried a little in a pan to heat it and give it some smokey flavor.
    Whole wheat wrap
One THINLY sliced Boar's Head lacey swiss
    Tomato
    Lettuce
Two slices of avocado, cucumber, or sauteed zucchini (usually leftover from a dinner)
    Hummus instead of mayo
    Grey Poupon
    Salt and pepper
    Around 350 calories.

    Dinner:
Two boneless skinless thighs, pan sauteed with onion, garlic, saffron, paprika, white wine
One cup of Vigo yellow rice cooked with Goya black beans (other brands have more cals) peas and one diced rep pepper
    600 calories

    Pesto-roasted chicken
Mashed cauliflower with McCormick's brown gravy mix
    Roasted zucchini
    Around 500 calories.

Half pound of shrimp, sauteed with onion, garlic, white wine, and lemon
    One cup of basmati rice
One cup of corn and pea mix, cooked on the stovetop with a tablespoon of butter.
    500 calories.

Not at your 350 cal level, but each of those dinners have less calories that one McDonald's cheeseburger.
