Help! I have it the dreaded plateau!

I have been waiting for this and in the last week I haven't lost even 1lb. Yesterday I completed Insanity and lost a total of 15 lbs and 16.5 inches! I am happy with my results but it just stopped this week! I plan to do a Insanity/P90x hybrid starting Monday. I have been good staying around my calories but not always great with food choices. Maybe that is catching up with me. :-( I hope changing my routine will help. Plus for the last few days, I feel horribly bloated. It isn't even that time for me. Some water weight gain, I guess. I have added running in the last few weekends. Could that have anything to do with it?
Any suggestions? Please!

Don't panic - one week is not a plateau, that's a normal variation. It could be due to changing exercise, monthly cycle or many other reasons.
Keep on eating well (not too little, not too much) and exercising moderately and you'll be fine.
