So, the past two weeks in my life have been pretty stressfull and not because I started working out, but because of financial, work, and relationship issues. Anyways I've been trying to eat more because I'm doing the insanity challange, but I'm finding it very hard to get calories in. My main mechanism of dealing with stress is sleeping, then when I'm awake I'm too stressed about what I need to get done or pay for that I never feel hungry. Then by the time i'm done logging at the end of the day I've only eaten 700-1000 calories. Can anyone help me out with how to eat more?
