Last supper?

I can't believe the things they do research projects on. Today I read about someone who was studying the meals condemned prisoners chose just prior to their executions. They found...SURPRISE...that the prisoners did not make healthy choices. Like when you're dying in a few hours you are going to worry about how healthy your dinner is?

So I got thinking about what my last dinner would be. I think I would opt for a DQ Crispy Crunch blizzard....maybe several of them and fries with gravy.

My last supper would be Portuguese stew (mussels and chorizo in tomato broth with lots of garlic) and the biggest lobster they could find, with plenty of drawn butter.

That IS what this thread's about, right?

Prime rib, lobster on the side, and those big warm buns they serve at Texas Roadhouse. And a Guinness if they'll allow it.

I read that article, too. Heck, I frequently make unhealthy food choices even without the threat of lethal injection.

Fried Chicken with mashed potatoes smothered in country gravy, buttered corn and all the texas roadhouse rolls I can eat smeared with their Cinnamon Butter. Desert anyone? - 7 layer Death by Chocolate Cake.

A slab of ham, home-grown tomatoes, purple-hulled peas cooked with bacon, fried taters and onions, and cornbread (has to be cooked in a cast-iron skillet.) Strawberry shortcake for dessert.
And I want these fresh from the garden, so they'll have to wait and kill me in the summertime.

Ten dozen Cinnabons, a pound of butter, and three gallons of whole milk.

One hundred and eleven THOUSAND calories, that would carry my into the next life.
