It is very discouraging to go online and check to see what my ideal weight should be. Everyone says something different! Why can't everyone agree on one exact number?! Lol!

    As you lose you will fig out what you are HAPPY AT! and what those stupid numbers say dont matter because it depends on your build and the inches
