My name is Jess I am 24 and I recently joined fitnesspal to track calories and get healthy. My story is that in college I was up and down by 20lbs... I was always the bigger side, but I was athletic as well. When I moved to my parents after college, I met a guy and gained 20lbs back within the year I was with him and another 30lbs for the rest of that year. Well New Years 2012 I weighed myself finally and realized I was the biggest I've ever been! I started to work out, slowly but surely I started losing. The last 3 months Ive been stuck after losing 20lbs... I am down to 229 which is a great goal for being in 220s but I need to lose another 60lbs to atleast get to 170! Id like to eventually be 150 but I need to set some type of happiness goal for me. Please add me and help me out for support
