ok so I found this wedding dress I like on eBay. The price says GPB which I know stands for great British pounds but it says GBP 89.66 ($7.90). How much is the dress. I know 89.66 GBP is like 140 something so what's the$ 7.90 for??

ask the seller what its for... cant hurt
Ebony, postage from the UK is very expensive... and $7.90 definitely doesn't cover the weight of a wedding dress0 -
I'd agree with asking the seller. Veeerrrryyyy mysterious!0

I would guess that its for VAT - similar to sales tax.0

Might not be American dollars? Trying to think of another currency which uses dollars and has a lower exchange rate0
