    Our metabolism is a 24 hour thing. They debunked the idea that midnight snacks are bad. The only reason it COULD be bad is our lazy choices (slice of cake over an apple).

    I had a white chocolate Magnum ice cream bar, BUT, it fit into my calories. They aren't horrible at 240 cals a bar. They are so freaking good too!!!

    I almost always eat something at midnight. :/ Usually, I try to eat some fruit but sometimes I end up having a bowl of cereal or some peanut butter on some bread. Tonight I ended up having some graham crackers with a little bit of ice cream.

    Actually, study just out shows that if you can hold off from 6PM till 10AM your brain thinks that you're starving and tells your body to start burning FAT and yes you do get hungry before Break Fast but that's the idea. You're burning fat calories. MUCH easier to control your weight this way.
