I almost always eat something at midnight. Usually, I try to eat some fruit but sometimes I end up having a bowl of cereal or some peanut butter on some bread. Tonight I ended up having some graham crackers with a little bit of ice cream.0

Actually, study just out shows that if you can hold off from 6PM till 10AM your brain thinks that you're starving and tells your body to start burning FAT and yes you do get hungry before Break Fast but that's the idea. You're burning fat calories. MUCH easier to control your weight this way.0

I made myself an ice cream float, I had a lot of extra calories leftover so I figured, why not.
Glad I am not alone! I didn't have a float, just a scoop of ice cream. Had the calories to spare and wanted a treat.0 -

I was a little before midnight, but I had a low carb wrap with cooked ham, peppered turkey, cheese slice, pickle chips, with a little steak sauce (I know this might be considered weird, but I put either steak sauce, taco sauce, and buffalo sauce on just about everything). I cant remember the exact number, but right around 300 calories.0

Well it's only 9 pm on the west coast! I'll probably eat some cheesy cauliflower casserole and some almonds before I go to bed. Have lots of cals left and get acid reflux if I don't eat at bedtime0

i have a bowl of frozen raspberries every night. it's become an obsession. i like a certain brand the best and I like them partially thawed/partially frozen. i'm kinda nuts about it in a way i can't explain but it keeps me on track.0
