Hello, my name is Ashlee and I am 19 years old. I have had the MFP app on my phone for a long time but I never actually got on the website. I didn't see the point in it so I never added any friends, I just kept track of my calories and that was it. I really wish I got on the website when I got the app. I see that everyone is so nice and supportive. I would like to support and be supported by people who have the same goal as me. Please don't be shy and add me. I am very friendly and will welcome you with open arms. Looking forward to loosing weight with friends and looking and feeling amazing!! <3<3:wink:

    It makes is better to have friends on ere to support one another.. We are all in the same boat with wanting to lose weight so the added encouragement is awesome! Ive added you!

    Woooooo I'll add you! I wish I'd had something like this when I was 19, I think I'd be healthier and happier. But no regrets, I'm here now and everyone here is so supportive and motivating. Good luck :)

  • Hi, I'm Jasmin., from Australia. New to website as of today, 8th Dec 2012. Recently had my first child - (nearly 12 weeks ago now) and I really put on a lot of weight. I'm only just becoming serious about losing it - been exercising daily for the past 2 weeks although the diet side of things isn't going very well. Hoping this app will help me control the over-eating. Get app for my phone too!
